British media outlet TeamTalk reported on Aug. 8 (ET) that 'Real Madrid are preparing to sign Holland. City are eyeing Victor Yokerez (Sporting) as a possible replacement,” the report said.


Holland joined City in the summer of 2022, scoring 36 goals in 35 English Premier League (EPL) games in the 2022-2023 season. In the 2023-2024 season, he scored 27 goals in 31 league games. He was the top scorer for the second consecutive season. This season, Holland has already scored 10 goals in seven league games.


TeamTalk cited a report from Spanish outlet Pichajes as saying that Real Madrid will want to sign Holland at some point. Real Madrid president Florentino Perez dreams of an attacking trio of Holland, Kylian Mbappe, and Vinicius Junior.
